Floor:Play

A sensual, controlled and empowering workshop designed to help you own your presence — from the floor up.

Floor Play is a choreography-led experience that explores sexuality, control, strength and intention through grounded floorwork. This routine is about slow power, deliberate movement and learning how to command attention without rushing or forcing the moment.

You’ll be guided through a carefully crafted floor routine that focuses on:

  • Control through transitions

  • Smooth weight shifts and body awareness

  • Musicality and intention

  • Confidence in stillness as much as movement

This workshop isn’t about being explicit — it’s about embodied confidence, understanding your body, and learning how to move with purpose and authority on the floor.

What to expect:

  • A full High on Heels floor-based routine

  • Technique breakdowns for safe, controlled floorwork

  • Coaching on expression, breath and presence

  • A supportive, empowering studio environment

💃 Who it’s for:
Open level. You do not need prior floorwork experience — options and progressions will be given throughout.

👠 What to wear:
Heels. Knee pads recommended. Wear something you feel powerful and unrestricted in.

This is where softness meets strength.
Where control speaks louder than speed.
Where confidence lives in the pause.
