Payments
All memberships and class passes must be purchased through the online booking system prior to attending class.
High on Heels operates on a membership-based structure. Memberships are billed monthly and provide access to a set number of classes depending on your selected plan.
Cash payments or walk-in payments are not accepted.
Booking System
Members must book their classes in advance through the booking system.
Spaces in classes are limited. Booking early is recommended to secure your preferred class.
If a class is full, members may join the waiting list and will be notified if a space becomes available.
Attendance
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class to allow time for check-in and preparation.
Late arrivals may not be permitted to join the class if it disrupts the flow of the session.
No-shows may result in the loss of the booked class from your membership allocation.
Cancellations
If you are unable to attend a class you have booked, please cancel within the cancellation window stated in the booking system.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the class being deducted from your membership allowance.
Refunds
All purchases, memberships and class passes are non-refundable.
No refunds, partial refunds, price adjustments, or credits will be issued once a purchase has been completed.
Class Structure & Progression
High on Heels classes are structured around skill development and progression.
Members are encouraged to attend supporting classes such as Technique, Flexibility, Barre, Acro or Floor Play to improve overall performance and progress in heels choreography.
Progression into higher-level classes may be guided by instructors to ensure students are placed in the most suitable level.
Health & Safety
Your safety is our priority.
Physical corrections may occur during class to ensure safe technique and proper movement execution.
If you have any injuries, physical limitations, or medical conditions, please consult a healthcare professional before attending class.
Participants attend classes at their own risk.
Equipment
Knee pads are recommended for classes involving floor work.
Appropriate heels and clothing suitable for movement should be worn during choreography classes.
Class or Schedule Changes
High on Heels reserves the right to adjust class schedules, formats, instructors or locations when necessary to maintain the quality of the program.
Members will be notified of any major schedule changes where possible.
Community Guidelines
High on Heels is a supportive and empowering community.
Members are expected to treat fellow students and staff with respect both in class and within community platforms such as group chats or online spaces.
Disruptive, disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from classes or membership.
Content & Filming Consent
Classes, workshops and events may occasionally be filmed or photographed for promotional and community purposes.
By attending High on Heels classes, you acknowledge that you may appear in photo or video content used on social media, websites or marketing materials.
If you prefer not to appear in filmed content, please notify the instructor before class begins.
Instructor Placement
Instructors reserve the right to recommend or move students into the class level that best suits their ability.
This ensures the safety, progression and experience of all members within the class.
Liability Waiver
By participating in High on Heels classes, workshops or events, you acknowledge that dance and physical activity carry inherent risks.
High on Heels, its instructors and staff are not liable for injuries, accidents or losses that may occur during participation.
